Рейтинг сборных по футболу 2018 ФИФА — система ранжирования национальных сборных по футболу. Используется при распределении команд по корзинам во время жеребьевок квалификационных этапов мировых и континентальных первенств.

Формула рейтинга сборных по футболу 2018 ФИФА

Рейтинг вычисляется по формуле О = М * В * СП * СК

О — общее количество очков за матч.

М — очки за исход матча:

Победа — 3 очка

Ничья — 1 очко

Поражение — 0 очков

Победа в серии послематчевых пенальти — 2 очка

Поражение в серии послематчевых пенальти — 1 очко

В — коэффициент важности матча:

Товарищеский матч — 1.0;

Квалификационный раунд континентального первенства и чемпионата мира — 2.5;

Финальная стадия континентального первенства и Кубка конфедераций ФИФА — 3.0;

Финальная стадия чемпионата мира — 4.0.

СП — сила соперника. Из 200 вычитается место соперника, которое определяется последним опубликованным рейтингом ФИФА. Для соперника, занимающего в рейтинге сборных по футболу 2018 ФИФА первое место, значение равно 200; для соперников, занимающих 150-е и более низкие места — 50.

СК — коэффициент силы конфедерации. Вычисляется на основе относительного выступления команд конфедераций на предыдущих трёх мировых первенствах. При встрече команд с разных континентов вычисляется средний коэффициент. Например, (1.00+0.88)/2 = 0.94

Текущие коэффициенты конфедераций:

УЕФА — 1.00; КОНМЕБОЛ — 1.00; КОНКАКАФ — 0.88; КАФ — 0.86; АФК — 0.86; ОФК — 0.85.

На последнем этапе вычисляются средние значения рейтингов для каждого из четырёх 12-месячных периодов (с учетом соответствующих процентов давности), которые суммируются. Если команда провела меньше 5 матчей за определённый 12-месячный отрезок, сумма её очков за этот период всё равно делится на 5.

Процент давности (месяцев назад):

менее 12 — 100%; 12-24 — 50%; 24-36 — 30%; 36-48 — 20%; более 48 — 0% (очки удаляются).

How to compete

Eligible players interested in EA SPORTS FIFA 19 Global Series* should take the following steps:

Register on FUTChampions. com by Oct 31, 2018. Play in Weekend League and achieve at least 27 Wins to become FUT Champions Verified. FUT Champions Verified competitors may be invited to and play in Online qualification competitions, competing head-to-head against other top eligible players to earn a spot at a live event. Earn EA SPORTS FIFA 19 Global Series Points through live events and the Weekend League to get placed on the leaderboard. Qualify for the Playoffs by finishing in the Top 60 on the Points leaderboard at the end of the year. Following the Playoffs, which will award Points (not direct seat qualifications), the top 16 players on each PlayStation and Xbox's leaderboard, will qualify for the FIFA eWorld Cup Grand Final.

Registration begins on October 5, 2018 and ends on October 31, 2018 — all eligible players interested in becoming a competitor in the upcoming year must register during this period. Please note that players who do not complete their registration by October 31, 2018 will be ineligible to compete in any FUT Champions Cups or Licensed Qualifying Events during FIFA 19 Global Series. The process of qualification starts with FUT Champions. Players no longer qualify directly to live events via the Weekend League, but the journey to the top still begins there.

Become FUT Champions verified

Eligible players prove that they are good enough to compete in FIFA 19 competitive gaming by racking up wins in the FUT Champions Weekend League. Registered players can become FUT Champions Verified by winning 27 games in a single Weekend League. Once a player achieves Verified status, they don’t have to worry about winning a specific amount of games in the Weekend League again for the rest of the season.

Head-to-head qualifying competitions

Once a competitor is FUT Champions Verified, they may be invited to subsequent Online Qualification Tournaments for FUT Champions Cups and Licensed Qualifying Events throughout the season. Every Live Event will have a cutoff date by which you must be FUT Champions Verified in order to compete. Each live event will have multiple Online Qualification Tournaments for different regions, creating regular global qualification opportunities. These tournaments will utilize a combination of Swiss and Single Elimination formats to determine live event qualification. This means that only organized head-to-head tournaments among the top FUT Champions players in the world will determine qualification for live events, rather than skill points on a leaderboard. To be the best, you will have to beat the best. Online Qualification Tournaments will often take place during a single weekend, with schedules and the allocation of seats per region for each live event published in advance. Live events will have between 16 and 32 players per PlayStation and Xbox, and there will be more than 10 total events from which players can qualify through Online Qualification Tournaments. More details on live events will be shared soon.

Earn Points

In order to qualify for the FIFA 19 Global Series Playoffs, FUT Champions Verified Players will be able to earn EA SPORTS FIFA 19 Global Series Points by competing in live events or playing in the Weekend League. Live events will provide the most Points, while a smaller (but not insignificant) number can be earned by achieving 20 to 27+ wins in Weekend Leagues from November through April. We know that FUT Champions is an exciting and important part of the competitive ecosystem and we want to reward players for continuing to compete, even if it's not mandatory. Don't forget that players must be both registered and FUT Champions Verified to be eligible to earn EA SPORTS FIFA 19 Global Series Points.

Какого фига столько времени висит неадекватная таблица? Админ, болел Барселоны, поставил ее на первое место. Хотя на ВСЕХ нормальных ресурсах правильная таблица.

По количеству голов преимущество за Реалом (21-3 против 20-12 = +18 против +8), а личных встреч у них еще не было в этом сезоне.

Register on FUTChampions. com by Oct 31, 2018. Play in Weekend League and achieve at least 27 Wins to become FUT Champions Verified. FUT Champions Verified competitors may be invited to and play in Online qualification competitions, competing head-to-head against other top eligible players to earn a spot at a live event. Earn EA SPORTS FIFA 19 Global Series Points through live events and the Weekend League to get placed on the leaderboard. Qualify for the Playoffs by finishing in the Top 60 on the Points leaderboard at the end of the year. Following the Playoffs, which will award Points (not direct seat qualifications), the top 16 players on each PlayStation and Xbox's leaderboard, will qualify for the FIFA eWorld Cup Grand Final.

Registration begins on October 5, 2018 and ends on October 31, 2018 — all eligible players interested in becoming a competitor in the upcoming year must register during this period. Please note that players who do not complete their registration by October 31, 2018 will be ineligible to compete in any FUT Champions Cups or Licensed Qualifying Events during FIFA 19 Global Series. The process of qualification starts with FUT Champions. Players no longer qualify directly to live events via the Weekend League, but the journey to the top still begins there.

Become FUT Champions verified

Eligible players prove that they are good enough to compete in FIFA 19 competitive gaming by racking up wins in the FUT Champions Weekend League. Registered players can become FUT Champions Verified by winning 27 games in a single Weekend League. Once a player achieves Verified status, they don’t have to worry about winning a specific amount of games in the Weekend League again for the rest of the season.

Head-to-head qualifying competitions

Once a competitor is FUT Champions Verified, they may be invited to subsequent Online Qualification Tournaments for FUT Champions Cups and Licensed Qualifying Events throughout the season. Every Live Event will have a cutoff date by which you must be FUT Champions Verified in order to compete. Each live event will have multiple Online Qualification Tournaments for different regions, creating regular global qualification opportunities. These tournaments will utilize a combination of Swiss and Single Elimination formats to determine live event qualification. This means that only organized head-to-head tournaments among the top FUT Champions players in the world will determine qualification for live events, rather than skill points on a leaderboard. To be the best, you will have to beat the best. Online Qualification Tournaments will often take place during a single weekend, with schedules and the allocation of seats per region for each live event published in advance. Live events will have between 16 and 32 players per PlayStation and Xbox, and there will be more than 10 total events from which players can qualify through Online Qualification Tournaments. Earn Points

In order to qualify for the FIFA 19 Global Series Playoffs, FUT Champions Verified Players will be able to earn EA SPORTS FIFA 19 Global Series Points by competing in live events or playing in the Weekend League. Live events will provide the most Points, while a smaller (but not insignificant) number can be earned by achieving 20 to 27+ wins in Weekend Leagues from November through April. We know that FUT Champions is an exciting and important part of the competitive ecosystem and we want to reward players for continuing to compete, even if it's not mandatory. Don't forget that players must be both registered and FUT Champions Verified to be eligible to earn EA SPORTS FIFA 19 Global Series Points.

Climb the leaderboard

Throughout the year, players will be ranked (per PlayStation and Xbox) based on the number of Points they've earned in comparison with the competition. Near the end of the season, the top eligible 60 players on each PlayStation and Xbox leaderboard will be invited to the FIFA 19 Global Series Playoffs. Following the Playoffs, which will award Points (not direct seat qualifications), the top 16 players on each PlayStation and Xbox's leaderboard, will qualify for the FIFA eWorld Cup, where the FIFA 19 World Champion will be crowned. The Playoffs will be the last chance to earn Points in the competitive year.

Формат и календарь данного турнира официально были одобрены исполнительным комитетом Европейской ассоциацией футбола 4 декабря 2014 года. Состязание предложил проводить бывший президент УЕФА француз Мишель Платини. Идея Лиги Наций состоит в том, чтобы создать регулярный график матчей для сборных, в которых они будут расти, прогрессировать и наигрывать составы для предстоящих чемпионатов Европы и мира.

Новое состязание заменит товарищеские матчи, в которых, как показывает практика, нет мотивационного фактора и того духа борьбы, что в официальных поединках. Структура нового турнира на первый взгляд кажется сложной. Ниже мы объясним, как он будет работать.

Формат был утверждён 11 октября 2017 года:

Участие примут 55 сборных из Европы; Команды разделятся на 4 лиги (дивизионы) (A, B, C, D) в соответствии с их рейтингом на момент завершения квалификационных раундов ЧМ-2018. Дивизион D будет состоять из 4 групп по 4 команды в каждой. Матчи группового раунда проводятся по «круговой» системе во время трех международных перерывов (в сентябре, октябре и ноябре 2018 года). Сборные, чьи группы состоят из 3 команд, проведут по 4 матча, а те, у которых в группе по 4 команды, сыграют по 6 игр. Победители 4 групп лиги A выйдут в финальную стадию, которая пройдёт в июне 2019 года, и будет состоять из двух полуфиналов, финала и матча за 3-е место. Хозяина финальной стадии турнира выберет исполком УЕФА из числа всех стран-участников турнира в декабре 2018 года. Победители групп лиг B, C, и D повысятся в классе, а худшие сборные лиг A, B и C соответственно заработают понижение в классе.

Пояснение: За победу в Лиге Наций могут сражаться только сборные-победители групп дивизиона A. Победители в группах остальных лиг могут рассчитывать исключительно на повышение.

Каждому из 4 дивизионов (A, B, C, D) предоставляется одна путёвка на Евро-2020, благодаря чему, 1 команды с наименьшим рейтингом на континенте получает шанс сыграть на ЧЕ. (Речь идёт о лиге D).

Система будет работать следующим образом:

Все победители каждой из 4 групп каждой лиги выйдут в плей-офф. Затем проводятся полуфиналы и финалы в каждой лиге. Победители финалов получают заветные путёвки в финальную часть ЧЕ. В случае, если некоторые победители групп пробились на Евро, благодаря обычному процессу квалификации (в первую очередь это касается дивизиона А), то их место в плей-офф займут сборные из следующего по уровню дивизиона.

Россия и Украина находятся в дивизионе B и по политическим причинам будут разделены по разным группам, то же самое касается Азербайджана и Армении.

Но сейчас FIFA очень похожа на мадридский «Реал»: с 2016-го года она практически не меняется. Какие-то минорные улучшения не сказываются на общем восприятии – та же графика, те же лица, те же режимы. При этом Pro Evolution сделал большой скачок вперед, и теперь ЕА стоит подумать о том, что делать дальше.

Что нового в FIFA 19

Самое большое «усиление» здесь – приобретение лицензии на Лигу чемпионов. Теперь в нее можно поиграть как отдельным турниром, так и в Режиме Карьеры или режиме Истории. Кстати, при первом включении игры вас сразу бросает в финал ЛЧ, где вы, играя за «Ювентус» Криштиану Роналду, будете бороться с «ПСЖ». Такое предсказание от ЕА? Неприятно только то, что Буффон вновь не выиграет кубок чемпионов – даже в симуляторе.

— увеличение количества турниров партнеров лиги (по сравнению с 8 проведенными в прошлом году турнирами)

— до 25 турниров от PlayStation

Принимавшие участие в турнирах FIFA 18 Global Series уже знакомы с крупнейшими турнирами в сезоне — кубками FUT Champions. В этом году они тоже будут, и их будет в три раза больше! Да, в этом году пройдет шесть кубков FUT Champions — по одному в месяц с ноября по апрель. На этих турнирах разыгрывается самое большое количество очков Global Series EA SPORTS FIFA 19, так что получайте статус одобренного игрока FUT Champions и принимайте участие в этих турнирах. На каждом из этих турниров каждую платформу будут представлять 32 участника.

В скором появится полная информация о структуре турнира в каждой лиге. О возможных территориальных ограничениях для участия в турнирах лиг будет сообщаться индивидуально для каждой лиги. FUT Champions Weekend League больше не дает прямой квалификации на турнир, тем не менее, она является важной частью киберспортивного календаря. Зарегистрированный и получивший статус одобренного игрока FUT Champions участник будет получать очки в каждой последующей Weekend League с ноября по апрель.

В Плей-офф FIFA 19 Global Series участвуют 60 лучших игроков рейтинга PlayStation 4 и 60 лучших игроков рейтинга Xbox One. К ним присоединятся 8 имеющих право участия игроков FIFA Online 4.

Плей-офф станет последней возможностью участников получить очки EA SPORTS FIFA 19 Global Series для квалификации на FIFA eWorld Cup 2019. Это значит, что в отличие от прошлого года, 16 лучших игроков по итогам Плей-офф не получат гарантированных путевок на eWorld Cup. Важную роль сыграет выступление игрока на протяжении сезона — в FIFA eWorld Cup сможет принять участие игрок, который хорошо провел сезон, но оказался только в топ-32 или даже топ-64 в списках лидеров.

Регистрация уже открыта и будет действовать до 23:59 PT 31 октября 2018 г. Зарегистрированный и набравший 27 или более побед в одной FUT Champions Weekend League участник будет по электронной почте получать приглашения на квалификационные онлайн-турниры.

Following from the EA Play event this weekend, EA Sports have made FIFA 18's World Cup mode available to play as a free trial until June 16 at 7am BST.

In order to play, fans will need to visit the official EA Sports website to download the game for free across Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC.

In the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia update to FIFA 18, fans will be able to experience authentic World Cup gameplay, teams, stadiums, and more.

Gamers will be able to play through the official tournament structure, craft their own custom tournaments using any licensed teams in FIFA 18, and build international dream squads in a FIFA Ultimate Team World Cup.

Players will also be able to download a bespoke FIFA 18 World Cup England asset.

EA Sports has confirmed that the game will be released globally on September 28, which is consistent with previous release dates and ideally timed before the festive period.

Like FIFA 18, there will be three different editions: the standard edition, Champions edition and Ultimate edition. The latter two editions replace the 'Ronaldo' and 'Icons' editions of FIFA 18.

Gamers have the option of getting the game three days early - on September 25 - by pre-ordering, which also carries some quirks depending on what edition you purchase.

Fans of FIFA were able to get a first glance at this year's release at the EA Play event held on Saturday June 9.

The new trailer for FIFA 19 features an opening narration by cover star Ronaldo detailing his hopes of becoming a "champion" in football, following him on the path to his third successive Champions League trophy.

Fans will also be treated to a FIFA rendering of his classic overhead kick fired against Juventus in the quarter-final of the competition earlier this year.

Paris Saint-Germain star Neymar also makes an appearance, as well as Paulo Dybala of Juventus and several Manchester City stars.

The new release costs around the same as FIFA 18, with prices starting from around £49.99 ($69.99) for the standard edition across all platforms.

The special editions will to cost up to £80-90 ($110-125). Last year the 'Icon Edition' allowed gamers who splashed out £89.99 to play the title three days earlier than everyone else.

Gamers who spend extra on special editions usually get extra FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT) player packs to bolster their new team on the popular game mode.

However, Goal have details on how you can purchase the game for £35 ($48) – significantly less than the store price.

FIFA 19 will be available on all the big platforms: Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC and Nintendo Switch.

However, it must be noted that the Ultimate and Champions editions of the game will only be available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.

FIFA 19 may be one of the fan favourite games on the market as of right now, but even EA Sports’ top franchise isn’t exempted from the odd flaw or two. One thing which is annoying fans, in particular, is the fact that World Cup finalists Croatia are not in the game.

The addition of the UEFA Champions League in this year’s edition has given fans an extra reason to go and purchase the game and has perhaps filled a void that existed for way too long in the annual franchise.

But despite its obvious benefits, FIFA 19 comes with a few shortcomings too. This year’s game, for example, does not feature World Cup finalists Croatia in any capacity.

One would expect a team boasting of the likes of Luka Modric, Mario Mandzukic and Ivan Rakitic to be a sure-shot bet in the list of teams, but that isn’t the case here.

Eurosport are reporting that the reason behind the omission of Croatia from FIFA 19 is the same reason that the country hasn’t featured in FIFA gaming since 2012, and it’s all about the moolah.

Tomsilav Pacak, a Croatian spokesperson revealed to the website the real reason in a statement reading as follows:

“The reason why Croatia is not in FIFA 19 is because [the] Croatian Football Federation and EA could not come to an agreement that would satisfy both sides. Obviously, we value FIFA World Cup silver medallists and world’s best player in 2018 more than EA currently does with its offer, and we will continue protecting the value and image of the Croatian team and our players.”

It is believed that Croatia were offered just €100,000 in 2012 for securing the rights and the Croatian Football Federation declined the offer. This stance has not changed in any year since.

Croatia did make a brief appearance in FIFA last year when they were included in the FIFA 18 ‘World Cup’ expansion. However, they were excluded from the main game, just like this year.

If you watched this summer's World Cup, you'll probably have seen the Croatian national team on their run to the final. Fuelled by superstars such as captain Luka Modrić, who was awarded best player of the tournament, Croatia beat the likes of Argentina and England (it still hurts) before finally capitulating to France. In short, Croatia did a real number on the World Cup, and were a fantastic watch throughout.

But if you boot up FIFA 19, you won't find the Croatian national team anywhere. Sure, their players are in the game, playing for their clubs. An officially licensed Modrić is at the heart of Real Madrid's midfield, Ivan Rakitić plays for Barcelona, and Mario Mandžukić is a powerhouse up front for Juventus. But Croatia are absent. Why?

It turns out, the Croatian Football Federation and EA Sports haven't seen eye-to-eye for a while now - and there's a bit of an issue over money. Croatia hasn't been in FIFA since FIFA 12, and it doesn't sound like anything will change any time soon unless EA opens its wallet.

"The reason why Croatia is not in FIFA 19 is because Croatian Football Federation and EA could not come to an agreement that would satisfy both sides," Tomislav Pacak, spokesperson for the Croatian Football Federation told Eurogamer.

"Obviously, we value FIFA World Cup silver medallists and world's best player in 2018 more than EA currently does with its offer, and we will continue protecting the value and image of the Croatian team and our players.

"We understand and share disappointment by the gamers and we hope this matter will be resolved in the future - HNS is more than open to that, and we hope EA will also listen to its consumers and respect their wish to have Croatian team available in the game."

Croatia, then, aren't happy about the amount of money EA has offered its federation to have their team officially-licensed in the game. But while the tabled bid remains undisclosed, Croatian newspaper reports from back in 2012 claimed EA offered Croatia 100,000 euros. Davor Šuker, ex-superstar Croatian player and current boss of the Croatian Football Federation, reportedly scoffed at the offer and refused to play ball - and he's still refusing now.

It's worth pointing out the situation with Croatia and FIFA 19 isn't unique, and there are some strange licensing wrinkles that have affected the national teams in the game. Brazil, for example, are in FIFA 19, with authentic kits and badges, but the team is full of generic players except for Neymar.

But it's Croatia's absence from FIFA 19 that feels most pronounced. While we don't know how much Croatia now wants from EA (EA declined to comment when contacted by Eurogamer for this story), there's no doubt the fee will have risen sharply after Croatia's star turn at the World Cup. And why not? They finished second, had the best player at the tournament, and beat England.
